This Privacy Policy explains how the tools operated by Citadel Consulting via touls.work — currently EzeInvoice and LinguaPractice — collect, use, and protect data when you use them through Telegram.

EzeInvoice — what we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, country, and Telegram user ID
• Business details — invoice prefix, logo image, business address, tax registration number, UPI ID, and payment details you provide
• Customer records — names, cities, mobile numbers, and email addresses of customers you add
• Invoice data — line items, amounts, dates, and statuses of invoices you create
• Payment records — subscription amounts, payment method, and transaction IDs you submit

LinguaPractice — what we collect

• Telegram user ID — used to identify your session; no name or contact details are required
• Conversation messages — the Spanish text you send and the bot's replies, stored per session to generate scores and enable progress tracking
• Session data — difficulty level, exchange count, scores, and session timestamps

LinguaPractice does not collect your real name, email address, or any payment information during the trial phase.

How we use it

• EzeInvoice: To generate PDF invoices, send invoice emails, manage subscriptions, export to Google Sheets, and notify you of payment status
• LinguaPractice: To score your Spanish responses, generate conversation history for contextual replies, and display session progress via /stats

Third-party services

• Telegram — the messaging platform through which both bots operate. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — LinguaPractice uses Claude to evaluate responses and generate conversation replies. Message text is sent to Anthropic's API and subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay — processes subscription payments for India-based EzeInvoice users. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• DodoPayments — processes subscription payments for overseas EzeInvoice users. Governed by DodoPayments' Privacy Policy.
• Resend — delivers invoice and receipt emails for EzeInvoice.
• Google — if you use the Sheets export in EzeInvoice, invoice data is written to your authorised Google Sheet.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other parties.

Data retention

EzeInvoice data is retained for as long as your account is active; invoice and customer records are removed within 30 days of a deletion request. Payment receipts may be retained up to 7 years for accounting compliance.

LinguaPractice conversation messages and session records older than 7 days are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Users in the EEA hold additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability and the right to restrict processing.

Security

All data is stored in a secured database on Railway's cloud infrastructure, accessible only to the service operator.

Contact

This policy applies to all subscription payments made through EzeInvoice — via UPI or Razorpay (India) and via DodoPayments (overseas).

Free trial

Every new user receives a free trial allowing up to 3 invoices to be sent at no charge. No payment is required during the trial period.

Subscription terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly: Rs. 299/month for India (via Razorpay), $8/month for international users (via DodoPayments).
• Each payment grants 30 days of unlimited invoice access from the date of confirmation.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you pay each month when you choose to continue.

Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation action is required — simply do not make another payment when the current period ends.

Refunds

Exceptions are made for:

• Duplicate payment — charged more than once for the same period due to a technical error.
• Service unavailability — service inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side.
• Payment error — payment processed for the wrong amount due to a system error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. We do not offer refunds for partial months used or payments made in error after reviewing the price shown in the bot.
